Tessie Bear and Bumpy Dog are going on a day trip to the country. Noddy takes them to the station. On his way back, a grey cloud appears and rain washes away all the colours in Toy Town. Tessie and Bumpy are surprised when they return. Luckily Noddy has an idea. He flies his plane into a rainbow, then Tessie scoops up a bucketful of rainbow dust and scatters it all over the town.
